Angela Cantrill is a planning consultant with The Rural Planning Co. Her areas of specialism include large-scale agricultural development, equestrian development, agricultural dwellings, and rural business planning. Angela is able to help clients realise the value in planning and appraisal, and then visualise and implement plans through strategic development.

Having worked in civil engineering for 22 years, Noel knows a thing or two about the construction of equestrian surfaces and buildings. With specialisms in drainage, structures, materials, engineering geology, and drone 3D mapping and surveying he will cover some key indicators when considering a site for your project.
