Delivery information

Our fibre is delivered baled via a 40 foot curtain-side articulated vehicle (each pallet weighs approx. 1 tonne).

Our fibre can be delivered straight to your location using an outside haulier or you can collect from our site.

Please be aware that A FORKLIFT OR SOMETHING SIMILAR is required to unload pallets from lorries. Moffett (forklift delivery) quotes available on request. The road must be wide enough for a lorry to fit down, usually as wide as a dustbin lorry.

Rubber can be transported either loose or bagged.

If loose it’ll be delivered on a walking floor, this pushes the loose rubber off the back into a pile. A solid flat surface is needed to tip onto. Moffett quotes available on request.

If you order single bags or bales your order will be delivered via a nation wide pallet service. Please note that goods are not delivered with a crane facility and can therefore not be lowered over a fence or similar. We can also not deliver to the rear of properties due to access restrictions.
